The Pilots play the Holly Springs Salamanders for the third time in a row tonight at 6:30 PM. Peninsula is 1-1 against them this year, winning one at home and losing on the road.

Todd Mozoki (James Madison) will be on the mound for the Pilots tonight in his first start with the team. Mozoki made a name for himself on the Pilots on June 10th when he pitched four perfect innings in relief, earning the win. On the season, he has a 6.09 ERA over 10.1 innings pitched

In the past two days, Peninsula has shown their resilience. On Wednesday, the Pilots played one of their worst games of the season against the Salamanders, where they lost 7-1 and were dominated in every aspect of the game.

On Thursday, the Pilots played the Salamanders again and completely flipped the script. They dominated the Salamanders in every aspect of the game, with Brian Ereu (Univ. of Science and Art) and Nick Willard (Liberty) shutting the bats down for the entire game. The hitting also picked up, with Pilot batters recording eleven hits and eleven walks on the night.

The Pilots look to carry the momentum from last night into tonight.
