The Pilots are back from the All-Star break to face the Morehead City Marlins on the road at 6 PM. The Marlins have given them problems all season, with the Pilots only winning one of their five matchups.

Their win came in their most recent matchup, where the Pilots won 12-6 on the road. Ryan Dooley (James Madison) went 3-3 on the game with five RBIs, earning CPL Hitter of the Night honors.

Nick Willard (Liberty) will get the start for the Pilots, his first of the season. Willard started the season hot, earning Pitcher of the Night in his first appearance on June 22nd. He threw the best three innings you could possibly throw, striking out nine batters and giving up no runs.

The Pilots look to grab a win in their first game back from break.
