Administrative offices are located in the outer concourse at War Memorial Stadium behind home plate. Office hours are from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on non-game days and 10:00 a.m. until the end of the contest on game days.
Advance Ticket Sales
On game days during the season, the ticket office is open from 10:00 a.m. until the end of the game. Tickets to future home games are available at the stadium’s administrative office located in the outer concourse behind home plate. Tickets can be purchased in person or by phone (757) 245-2222.
Virginia law provides that all patrons must be 21 years of age to purchase/consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer may be asked to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The Peninsula Pilots reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any fan and encourage all patrons to drink responsibly and designate a sober driver. Alcohol sales will stop at the completion of the seventh inning.
Fans may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 30 minutes prior to game time. The autograph area is located down the first base line in front of the home clubhouse. Please refrain from seeking autographs from players and coaches during the game.
All requests to be included on the Peninsula Pilots message board must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance by calling the club’s administrative office at (757) 245-2222. All announcements are made during Pilots home games.
In addition to several vendors and carts throughout the stadium, a full-service concession stand is located in the outer concourse behind home plate. The stadium also features a Tiki Bar/Picnic Area, located down the third base line next to the batting cages, which offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

No outside food and beverages are allowed in War Memorial Stadium at any time.
The Peninsula Pilots promote a family-friendly environment at War Memorial Stadium at all times. Fans are asked to refrain from using foul or abusive language; trespassing on the field or in the clubhouse; or throwing any object in the stands or onto the playing field. Offenders may be subject to ejection from the ballpark.

Foul balls can reach the stands at any time. Fans are encouraged to be alert in all parts of War Memorial Stadium. You are welcome to keep foul balls that remain in the park; however, no fan is allowed to exit the concourse area in search of a foul ball as gate attendants may not grant readmission. At no time is anyone allowed to throw a ball back on to the field. Violators will be subject to ejection.
All home games begin at 7:05 p.m. Gates will open one hour prior to the start of all games. Game times are subject to change. Check the online schedule for any exceptions.
Gift certificates, which can be used toward merchandise, concessions or ticket sales, may be purchased in the souvenir stand on game days and in the Pilots administrative office on non-game days. Regular office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
The Peninsula Pilots offer several group outing opportunities including picnics, birthday/team parties, individual game field-level patio box bashes, and bulk general admission ticket books. Merchandise & Souvenirs
On non-game days and throughout the year, fans can also purchase merchandise online at www.peninsulapilots.com or by calling (757) 245-2222. On game days, the Peninsula Pilots souvenir stand is located in the outer concourse area.
On-field access is limited to authorized personnel only. Any guest who is not authorized and attempts to access the field will be removed from War Memorial Stadium immediately.
Parking is free of charge and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. War Memorial Stadium has parking lots on both the first and third base sides of the ballpark.
With the exception of seeing-eye dogs, pets are not permitted in the ballpark at any time.
All Peninsula Pilots games are broadcast on the Coastal Plain League website, http://www.coastalplain.com/cpl_08/webpass.
In the event that five innings (4 ½ if the Pilots are ahead) are not completed, tickets may be exchanged at the ticket office for an available like ticket for any regular season home game.
Restrooms are conveniently located on the first and third base sides of the ballpark.
There is no smoking in the seating area at War Memorial Stadium. There are designated smoking areas located in the outer concourse area.
For the convenience of all fans, umbrellas are allowed in the stadium. However, umbrellas may not be opened in the seating area except during rain delays.
The Will Call window is located at the first base ticket booth. Will call tickets will be available on the night of the game at the time gates open. Persons picking up will call tickets are required to show photo identification.
