2009 • Pitched and was key outfield defensive sub • Played three times as late-game defensive sub in left field during ACC Tournament, as well as three times in NCAA Super Regional • Made key running catch and then held runner at third to help UVa maintain one-run lead in ninth inning of Game 2 win of Super Regional at Ole Miss • Tossed 3.1 scoreless innings vs. Stony Brook (0 H, 0 BB, 3 K) - 4/8 • Shined in 3.1-inning relief stint vs. Norfolk State April 1 (earned win) • Pitched scoreless inning at UNC (3/29) • Earned first career win with 2.2 scoreless innings out of bullpen vs. Wagner (3/18) • Tossed 2.0 innings vs. Florida State (1R, 2H, 1BB, 1K) • Had career-high two hits against Navy (3/10) • Allowed first earned runs of career in second game vs. Georgia Tech (4/11; earned win in that game) • Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll
